Shipping policy

1. Processing & Handling

Before your order hits the road, we take 1–2 business days to hand-pick, quality-check, and pack your items with care.

Business Days: Please note that we process orders Monday through Saturday.

• Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, your package will generally arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location in India.

• Metro Cities: Usually 2–4 business days.

• Rest of India: Usually 4–7 business days.

• Note: Remote areas or extreme weather conditions may occasionally cause slight delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Transparency is key. We don't like hidden fees any more than you do.

• Any applicable shipping charges are calculated based on your order weight and delivery pin code.

• The final shipping total will be clearly displayed on the Checkout Page before you make your payment.

4. Real-Time Tracking

You won't have to guess where your order is.

• As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send a Tracking Link to your registered email address and mobile number (via SMS).

• You can use this link to follow your package’s journey in real-time.

5. Delivery Partners

To ensure your products reach you safely, we partner with reputed national couriers (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, or Ecom Express). If you are not available at the time of delivery, our partner will typically make three attempts before returning the parcel to us.
