At Tribal Roots, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Refund
• Refund requests must be raised within:
• 10 days from the date of dispatch for Dandruff Oil & HairFall Oil
• Requests made after the above period will not be eligible for refund.
2. Return Requirement
• The product must be returned to us for inspection.
• Items must be in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is mandatory.
3. Refund Approval
• Refunds will be processed only after product verification.
• Once approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Requests made after the eligible period.
• Incomplete return shipments.
